How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within up to 3 (three) business days. If certain items were unavailable at the time of purchase, dispatch may take up to 14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are counted in business days only and do not include weekends, national or public holidays, or force majeure events.
We ship via local or international postal and courier services at our discretion, depending on the delivery address. Common delivery methods:
- Moscow: courier delivery within the MKAD, cost – 500 RUB
- Russia: CDEK (delivery cost is paid by the customer and calculated individually)
- Worldwide: DHL or UPS
Taxes and duties
You will not be charged additional taxes for deliveries within Russia. However, for deliveries outside Russia, the buyer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties related to the order.
All orders are shipped on EXW (Ex Works) terms. This means your order may be subject to import taxes and/or duties imposed by your local customs office. All product prices on the website are shown without potential additional charges. Since these fees are calculated and collected by the destination country, we cannot determine the amount in advance.
Shipping fees
Delivery in Moscow is carried out by courier, cost – 500 RUB. You can also choose self-pickup from our showroom.
Delivery within Russia is carried out by CDEK. The cost is calculated individually and paid upon receipt.
Receiving your order
For international deliveries via DHL, UPS, or similar services, the order is delivered to the customer’s door. Delivery is confirmed by the recipient’s signature, or the signature of another person at the given address (in accordance with courier service rules). The order is also considered delivered if the customer instructed the courier to leave the parcel at the door without their presence. In this case, the risk of non-receipt lies entirely with the customer.
If incorrect or incomplete contact details are provided, or if customs duties and other charges are not paid, preventing delivery, responsibility for the order lies with the recipient. In such cases, the sender bears no further responsibility. Please note that re-import of goods into Russia is not possible. If customs duties are not paid, the shipment will be destroyed without a refund.
Returns
According to the Government Decree of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 No. 2463, the following items are non-returnable:
- Garments made of fabric or knitwear (including underwear and hosiery).
Exceptions for returns include: incorrect order fulfillment or a defect/flaw in the product.
Returns of goods in proper condition are possible only if the product is unused, in its original condition, with intact seals and factory labels, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. The return period is 7 days.
In the case of returning one item from an order, the delivery cost is deducted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent no later than 7 days after receipt. Please contact our manager for the return address.
