How long does it take?

The normal term of sending the order is up to 3 (three) working days. In case some units are absent at the time of ordering, the order can be sent up to 14 working days.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure situations.

We deliver by local or international postal services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. Usually we deliver by the following shipping services:

• Russia: SDEK (paid by the buyer, calculated individually)

Taxes and duties

You will not have to pay additional taxes for delivery in Russia. However, in case of delivery outside Russia, payment of all taxes and duties related to the order is the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are delivered on EXW (duty free shipping). This means that your order may be the subject of taxes and/or import duties levied by the local customs service.

All prices of goods on the web site are indicated without possible additional fees. Due to the fact, that they are calculated and charged directly by the country of delivery, we cannot specify this amount in advance.

Receipt of goods

In case of delivery of goods by international delivery services such as DHL, UPS and others, delivery shall be made to the Buyer's door. Confirmation of receipt of the goods is the signature of the Buyer or other person located at the given address (in accordance with the rules of transportation of the relevant courier and postal delivery services).

Also, the goods shall be considered delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer instructed the representatives of the above delivery services to leave the parcel at the door without the presence of the Buyer. In this case, the risk of not receiving the parcel is fully borne by the Buyer.

In case of specifying incorrect, incorrect contact information of the recipient, failure to pay customs duties and other charges, which was an obstacle to delivery, the responsibility for the goods falls entirely on the recipient and the further fate of the shipment is not the responsibility of the sender.

Please note that return import to Russia is not possible and in case of non-payment of duties, the shipment will be destroyed without refund.

Throwback

According to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 31.12.2020 #2463 Sewing and knitting products (garment and knitted, linen, hosiery products) are non-refundable.

The exception for the return of products is incorrect order or defect.

If you wish to return a non-refundable product, you will be issued with a termless personal certificate that is equivalent to the purchase amount, which you will be able to use independently or cumulatively to pay for the purchase on the site https://mesh-n-flesh.com
The refund is made by the customer's own expense not later than 7 days after the deliver.
