How long do I have to wait for my order?
The usual delivery time is up to 3 (three) business days. If some units were missing at the time of the order, the order delivery time may be up to 14 business days.
Please note that the delivery time means only working days, excluding weekends, national and public holidays, and force majeure situations.
We carry out delivery by local or international postal services, depending on the delivery address, at our discretion. We usually deliver by the following shipping services:
- Moscow: courier delivery within the Moscow Ring Road, the cost of delivery is 500 rubles.
- Russia: SDEC (The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer, calculated individually)
- Worldwide shipping: DHL or UPS
Taxes and duties
You will not have to pay additional taxes for shipping in Russia. However, in case of delivery of the order outside of Russia, payment of all taxes and duties related to the order is the Buyer's responsibility.
All orders are delivered on EXW (Duty-free Shipping) terms. This means that your order may be subject to taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by the local customs service. All prices of goods on the website are indicated without taking into account possible additional fees. Due to the fact that they are calculated and charged directly by the country of delivery of the goods, we cannot specify this amount in advance.
Transportation fees
Delivery in Moscow is carried out by a courier, the cost of delivery is 500 rubles. You can also arrange pickup from our showroom.
Delivery across Russia is carried out by SDEK, the cost is calculated individually and paid upon receipt.
Receiving the product
In the case of delivery of goods by international delivery services such as DHL, UPS and others, delivery is carried out to the Buyer's door. The confirmation of receipt of the goods is the signature of the receipt of the parcel by the Buyer or another person located at this address (in accordance with the rules of carriage of the relevant courier and postal delivery services). Also, the goods are considered delivered to the Buyer if the Buyer has instructed representatives of the above-mentioned delivery services to leave the parcel at the door without the presence of the Buyer. In this case, the risk of non-receipt of the parcel falls entirely on the Buyer. In case of incorrect or incorrect recipient's contact details, non-payment of customs duties and other charges, which served as an obstacle to delivery, responsibility for the goods falls entirely on the recipient and the further fate of the cargo is not the responsibility of the sender. Please note that it is not possible to import back to Russia and if the duties are not paid, the cargo will be destroyed without a refund.
